PRODUCTS AND HEALTH INFORMATION

Peak Naturals sells food supplements. Read the product page and physical label before use, follow the stated directions and do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Product information on this store is general information and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are unsure whether a product is suitable, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt but is not acceptance. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order if payment is not authorised, an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, it will be refunded promptly.

AVAILABILITY

The catalogue is supplied through a UK dropship fulfilment partner. Availability can change. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer a refund or, only with your agreement, a suitable alternative.

DELIVERY AND RISK

Delivery arrangements, charges and estimates are displayed at checkout and described in our shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
