SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE DELIVER

At launch, Peak Naturals delivers to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales that are accepted at checkout. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland. Delivery restrictions and charges are shown before you place your order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Products are prepared and dispatched by our UK fulfilment partner using Peak Naturals branding.

Standard delivery: £4.99, estimated 3–5 business days.
Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more.
Express delivery: £6.99, estimated 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot supply an item or expect a material delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order. Unless a different date is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND TRACKING

Please check the delivery address before paying. Contact sales@peaknaturals.uk immediately if it is wrong. We cannot promise to change an address after fulfilment has begun.

Tracking is supplied where the selected delivery service provides it. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimate shown at checkout, contact us with your order number.

DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT PARCELS

Contact sales@peaknaturals.uk promptly, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and include your order number and clear photographs where relevant. This request helps us investigate and does not limit your legal rights.
